Let me as you something, why is the .35 variant of Star Wars tons more expensive the .30? Is it more limited?

 

Far more rare.

according to the CGC census it's (30 cent) 4800+ copies to 172 (35 cent). Marvel was testing the market for a nickel increase in cover price and only printed a small amount of test issues with a few titles to roughly 4-5 major US cities in 1977

My little contribution to the hobby. Found this in 1999 when I bought the one that is now the 9.6.

I believe the other locations were:

 

San Jose, Ca

New Albuquerque, NM

San Antonio, TX

Pennsylvania (can't recall the city)

Massachusetts (can't recall the city)
