I was wondering how die hard Archie fans would feel about the changes. I loved the first episode and I am not a big TV watcher these days. I was excited for the show when it was first announced. I agree the writers gave the show/characters everything to bring Archie to the modern era. Casting was fantastic for parties all around. I liked that Jughead was in the background yet in the center of all things. They even made Archie look cool without trying too hard. I think my only disappointment was the nontraditional Josie band. It's exactly one of a few ways an Archie tv show could exist and succeed in today's market.
