Looking for help for a sad story...comic related and sad update

So sorry to be the bearer of the news, but Julian passed away today. Cancer doesn't discriminate.

 

Thanks to all who signed the petition regardless. Hug your kids a little longer tonight.

 

 

A little light here.....they are encouraging those attending his funeral to come in full superhero cosplay. Makes you remember the joy comics can bring to those of us who choose to get lost in them!

 

 

 

This is a time to celebrate Super Juls life. Below is the tentative schedule. For the the day of BURIAL (Tuesday), we invite those that want to come in superhero attire (marvel comics, etc) to attend. HOWEVER, please keep in mind that we must honor the church (no demons, weaponry, short or revealing clothing, etc). Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, and Spider-Man are highly encouraged! SUPERMAN colors encouraged for those that aren't superheroes (red, gold, blue) ???

The story copied and pasted. Short version is this young man doesnt have much time, loves comics and wants to see the Batman VS Superman movie so they are trying to make that happen.

 

 

A good friend Julian Perez of 18 years of age has been fighting the good fight against cancer. After a good remission period the cancer back and came back aggressively and spread everywhere. He is on borrowed time, but he is still so optimistic.

 

In his bed he wished for just two things, very simple things. Easy for any of us to do, but not for him. One was to go to a Comic Book Convention and the other was just to see a movie with his hero. The Batman vs Superman movie.

 

A group of friends and I are trying to complete his first wish by bringing a con to him, but we need the help of everyone for his second wish. If we can somehow spread the word then we can make his dreams come true.

 

His favorite superhero is Superman and he is a big nerd. I know we all have big hearts, so if you guys can come please do so. Thank you for the help and support.
