I hate to derail this thread with a DC, but it's a Suscha and the only slabbed example that I know of for Action Comics.

Thank you, I really enjoy this one. I was hoping there would be more 9.8 Action Comics examples from the pedigree when the collection was first auctioned off in 2011.

SO when you send in a comic to cgc, how do you indicate to them that it is in fact a suscha?

Under the 'pedigree' column on the CGC form. Send whatever proof you have along with the book - in the case of a Suscha News copy, the mylar that Metropolis used with the Suscha News designation on it is sufficient, as would be an invoice for the sale.
