What's your all time favorite?

Mine is That Yellow Bas.t.ard by Frank Miller

I am a huge fan of Frank Miller's Sin City books, and have all the runs.

I think The Crow 1-4 is amazing

The Killing Joke is a must read

Amazing Spider Man 31-33

X Men- God loves, Man kills

Story arc has to be Starlins Cosmic Cube Saga from Captain Marvel 25-33 with assorted crossovers, with the Death of Superboy the runner up.

Single story would probably be Daredevil 7 where Hornhead takes on The Submariner solo.

Three-way tie:

Kingdom Come

Planetary

Flashpoint

Kingdom Come was what brought me back to comics.

Still haven't had a chance to read Flashpoint. Does anyone know if the TPB is worth it or do you have to get all the comics to get the whole story?

Reading the TPB works great, especially if you get the tie-in TPBs. You definitely don't need to read before it to get it.

Some of the earliest for me was the Korvac saga that ran thru the Avengers in 1977 and 78, next would be the Dark Phoenix saga. What brought me back into comics was Watchmen then Kingdom Come
