I have found this to be one of the hardest post #200 OAAWs to find in any grade. Despiite the wrap, this is a pretty nice copy.

Question... if I sibmit this copy, which in hand could have a 9.4 chance, will the numbers in pen keep it out of 9.4? Great copy otherwise.
