I am actually very impressed that with all four signatures on that book that it was still assessed at a 9.8.

I thought when I saw the thread first post, this was gonna be someone selling a torn in half piece of drek from last year for some daft asking price.

It's actually a really smart book. OK the price is ridiculous, but it's ebay. What d'you expect? ???

Nothing new here.

What's the highest a 9.8 has gotten? 40 is a lot but who knows how low he would go.

Publicly, the highest a 9.8 has gotten was the Suscha News copy in 2010 ($13,000) There are only 4 Sig Series 9.8s in the census, not sure how many of those are multi sig (let alone 4). No public sale of a sig series 9.8. A lee/Romita Sr. Sig series 9.6 sold for $10,000 last month (and there are 25 sig series 9.6's)

Ewe, I hate that. An awesome book ruined. That Conway sig is barely there. Stan's is awfull too. I hate sharpies especially the silver ones. I would be willing to bet that in time the ink will spread and bleed. I'm "old school" ball point pen at the bottom of the first page.

Sad to see so many nice books ruined forever by the "Signature Series" holders...

I could see paying that kind of money for it if my signature was on it. :acclaim:
