This is probably the second group shot I've ever taken. It's dated June 2002 and what you see there is my entire GA collection to that time Humble beginnings.

 

This was taken two houses ago and it's amazing to think back on how much I've been able to collect since then even with the major slowdown in the past couple of years (kids ... )

 

 

Great photo Scrooge! I wish I had taken photos back in the day of my stuff. I remember putting an ad in the newspaper to buy comics and got a huge box of stuff like that for $30.00. I had a blast with that box full...

To my recollection, it was in the 80's at a small, local con (Kingston, NY). Went in determined to add some Golden Age and wound up leaving with Green Lantern 16, Pictorial Romances 20, and Boys' Ranch 2 and 3.
