This is a beautiful book that I downgraded due to a moisture ripple throughout. There is a small tide line on the back cover but the books presents incredibly well.

Both staples have some rust but the cover is anchored and tight.

Book has a subscription like crease top to bottom on the front cover, otherwise it is really nice looking. There is only one copy on the CGC census. I have had a couple of very low grade copies in the past but this one is certainly a cut above.

The entire cover is slightly washboarded but the evidence of the moisture is only present on the top of the back cover. The interior is all flat and the cover could definitely be flattened but care must be taken with the staples as they are a bit rusted.
