I was curious why the Gay issue noted DeCarlo art but Joker didn't. I checked the books and Joker doesn't have a signature although the Millie artwork is clearly DeCarlo. I agree that Joker #38 is clearly DeCarlo's artwork - as well as the Millie stories in Gay #37, Gay #38 and Tessie #22 - but without a signature, it's difficult to prove.
