Hi Scott! The only ads for these pages I have seen have been from Graphic Collectibles catalogs or the Cartoonist and Illustrators Portfolio catalog #3, which I believe was published by Jim Steranko in 1978:

Yeah, I have those catalogs. And of the 5 pages listed here, the one I own is shown in the 1990 GC catalog. But trust me, these pages have vanished into some kind of black hole collection.
