Fiction house anyone?

Well I'm sad to say my personal situation has forced me to part with many of my favorite books.  Many of my early Fight's and other books are on HA next week and over the next few weeks.  The best of the bunch will be in the next sig auction.  It is what it is and I know there will always be more books to chase later in life.  I do hope these books find a good home.

A Pulp (forgive me), but it is Fiction House, and otherwise i'd never get to post in this great Thread

Murdered with a G-String, certainly not the worst way to go.

Fiction House books vary in color and gloss more than any other publisher that comes to mind! It can be a really big difference!!!

Ad for various Joe Doolin good girl art covers, with the possible exception of Jumbo Comics #91, which I’m unsure if it’s by Doolin.

When I look in a FH book, I like to see these ads and notice which books were available on the newsstand at the exact same time. On a separate note, sometimes these ads can give a different look to what a cover “could have been”. As an example above, the Wings book has the woman in purple. The actual book you could buy at the time has her in a pink dress.

1946-1948 seems to be when Fiction House comics generally got a little more gruesome:
