Are they not consummating the deal?

 

I dont think its a problem as long as the seller is up front about deal being offered and entered into.

Is that any worse than let's say...buying a poster and before you get it in your hands you flip it for a nice little profit and then ask the original seller to drop ship it to the second buyer?

I should have clarified more.

There have been a few threads with people selling comics before they go to the LCS to pillage. The whole concept just seems off.

 

Nothing against them. If it works it works. If the buyer and seller are happy more power to them.
