How would you guys handle a buyer who agreed to make time payments on a multi book deal, promised to pay on certain days, but has yet to make a payment. And also changed the terms of the deal without discussion?

 

I normally am able to solve issues, but I'm completely lost here.

When was he or she supposed to pay and what terms were changed?

Terms were five sketches... Then he mentions a sixth, thinking I wouldn't catch on.

 

So I told him the original deal was for five if he wanted the sixth sketch it would be more, which he then said he would reply early today.. With no reply... Did I mention he didn't make the first paymen?

Isn't 30 days for PL though? Jan 1 was only 4 days ago.
