Hello again everyone! Got a couple of lower grade raw GA books today.  More raws and some slabs to come in the next few days.

First  in thread OR by pm trumps any negotiations or discussions (YOU MUST SPECIFY DESIRED BOOK OR BOOKS) .  No HOSers or Probies.  Paypal preferred but I may consider other methods (check, money order) if contacted first before taking it.  No returns on CGC graded books.  Raw books may be returned within 7 days of receipt IF not as described or undisclosed restoration is present.  Book must be returned in EXACT condition received.

 

Shipping within the US via USPS Priority is $12 for first slab and $2 for each additional slab.  Raw books are $7 for the first and $1 for each additional raw book. No international shipping at this time...very sorry

Chamber Of Chills #23 4.0/4.5 C/OW - SOLD!!  Picked this book up raw off the boards a year or so ago.  Really wanted to keep it as it presents really nicely.  Book is flat with nice color and gloss.  There is some staining and speckling on the back cover as well as some darkening of the pages along the lower edges and at the top right corner.  A few small chips and edge tears at right upper edge.  Book has a somewhat musty smell, but its not too pungent/acrid.  Approx. 1/2" spine split at upper corner.  Moderate tanning to interior covers.  Cover and CF are attached.  The pics of the staples at the CF came out kind of blurry but I didn't want to open the book too wide.  They are attached and relatively clean.  Rust transfer on BC from another book once upon a time.  Book is awfully flat and wrinkle/crease free so I'd imagine it's been pressed but I haven't done anything to it since I acquired it.  No resto detectable by me.

Punch Comics #13 2.0/2.5 C/OW - SOLD!!  This one presents a lot better than it is in reality.  Spine is mostly split with cover still attached to the FC at the upper staple and both sides at the lower staple.  Pages still solidly attached to staples and CF is well-attached.  A couple of tiny pieces out of spine as well.  Front cover is very flat and glossy.  Tanning along edges and to interior cover.  I would imagine this book has been pressed, but it was not by me...it's just very flat with no real creasing, other than at the corners.  No resto detectable by me.

Great pickup on that CoC 23. That book still has a lot of room to blow up. It's the fourth Harvey "gore key" with ToT 15, WT 25 and Black Cat 50, and still only now getting the recognition it deserves! Congrats to buyer and seller.

Black Cat #49 5.0/5.5 OW/W - SOLD!  Flat and glossy book.  Biggest flaw is overhang chipping/tears at top edge.  Some color flaking from spine but no splitting.  There are some staple tears but everything is well attached at the cover and CF.  Edge tears/chipping at left edge of back cover.  I bought the book raw and have not had it pressed myself but it is awfully flat and dent free so it wouldn't surprise me if it had been in the past.  No resto detectable by me.

Planet Comics #65 3.0/3.5 C/OW - was 200 180 NOW $165!! Got this off of Ricksneatstuff a while back, asking less than I paid. Cover and CF are attached at both staples. Few front cover chips and chip in back cover upper right corner.  Approx. 1.5" upper spine split.

Planet Comics #71 2.0/2.5 OW/W - SOLD!! Another one from Rick. Cover and CF attached at both staples. Spine split up to lower staple and the first couple wraps split about 2". Approx. 2" scrape across lady in space suit. Bottom right corner piece missing.
