It's none other than our very own Fred Gwynne aka Herman Munster! Actually he looks more like Martin Landau in that tv photo.

They are releasing a nice line from the 1966 Batman series which I like, however they seem to be more expensive in the U.K. I also like that all their bases make the bat emblem.
