Yes it is Warren Oates as the mutant in an episode called "The Mutant" he was a great actor whom I always enjoyed watching.

I have read that two lane blacktop is a cult movie fans favorite but I have never seen it , I will have to check my movie listings soon ‼️‼️‼️🤔🤔
