I think it is just a homage to Rondo Hatton. Another homage was in the Rocketeer movie were an actor (Tiny Ron) played him as Lothur.

So would it still be mint?  Then you would also have to be careful it's the real deal as it would be very easy to fake. If you've got one of those "can't tell it from a real thing" fakes, I'll take it off your hands (for considerably less than 10K, of course).
