it seems that many people do not understand the difference between 'oddly similar' and 'homage.'  for example, xmen 135 is an homage to neil adams' classic xmen 56 cover. it's not oddly similar, it's designed to replicate the other design with different characters. same with xmen 104, which is homage to xmen 1.

Good point @alexgross.com! Would you consider the DD 180 / Avengers 5 NYCC books an homage, or oddly similar?

I think somebody already posted it here.  So i decided not to make a repeat of posting it.  If I remember it right.  A copy of Marvel fanfare  with Snap Dragon on the cover with Black Widow reflection was with it.
