So then why are they submitting 281s, 288s, 289s, 290s The big collectors know what the "true" value is. Ive had two private transactions with 295 and 296 Mr.Highgrade had plenty of 9.8s from 200-300 and a krapload of 9.6 raws ... his bagged issues were like 9.0s and 8.5s...
