My JIM 83 in hand and let me tell you it's much nicer than the scans or pics the guy gave me. Great PQ and the back is very clean. Some staining/smudging on the front cover and some chips but a very presentable 2.5 in my opinion. I agree with the grade from what I can see. Here is a small sample of my JIM run.
