Interesting.  Seems as if it might be an interview he gave to a BBC panel.  He actually seems a bit ambivalent on the subject.  Appears unfamiliar with horror comics and unsure whether they should be censored.  For some reason, it seemed like an important issue to the panelists.

Gaines' testimony in the senate juvenile delinquency hearings is also a fun one.  I re-read that every year.  Too bad there's no video of the hearings (or is there?)!

More video of the 1954 hearings exist somewhere but here is a 54 second clip of Gaines' testimony.
