PGM Down With Crime 7 1 1

Hi Guys. Would appreciate your feedback on this one. I just picked this up. Thought it was over graded but would like some reinforcement. The main defect is a 2" spine tear at bottom which also goes in 1/2" at top of tear. Paper is very nice and staples are tight. Book is flat and tight with excellent color and gloss. I tried to show pics of various defects. Thanks.

If I were buying it, I'd say 2.5.

If I owned it, 3.5.

2.5 - 3.5 seems right IMO.

2.5, but if I bought as a 3.0 I wouldn't complain. Aesthetically, I'm more bothered by full length color-breaking creases down the center of a book than I am 2" spine splits, but CGC tends to allow them up to 6.0 as far as I can tell.

I bought this off the Bay. Seller called it a 4.0. I graded it a 3.0. Still a good deal in my opinion as they don't come up for sale that often.

i always think he is wearing a WW1 gas mask which were really hard to see out of and to breath also
