You know I thought about that too.  I have received gift baskets (not their wine) so wonder if I didn't buy enough in 2018.

Man, this is starting to get crazy. Odd, how it only applies to certain states. I have a resale license so it doesn't affect me at this time. Can you imagine what would happen to sites like eBay if this keeps going? I can't imagine if a seller would have to look up every county in the US to find the tax then file them all. 

Like was said, checks and MOs would be back in a hurry. As selling at live shows would expand a lot.
