There appears to be some light wear on the shadow in the bottom left corner on the shadow as well as the top edge , and light soiling on the back,  7.0  is my guess

I agree. 7.0 IMO.

Maybe I am too harsh but that spine looks a little rougher than it should for a 7.0. Ditto for the tanning to the BC. I think 6.0-6.5 is more likely, personally.

I'm going to get it slabbed because I enjoy looking at the cover.  I will post what it gets in terms of grading when I get it back.

Hey, 

What type of eraser?  If I was to do something like that I would want to make sure I wasn't damaging the book.

I have torn comics before trying to do this..not sure i would recommend honestly unless you practice on a few before.

Hey, 

Yeah, I think I will just get it pressed and see what happens I would hate to damage it through my own actions.
