Faded "Tags" 0

I've noticed that some of these graded books can be faded so to say.  At first glace the colors on the "tag/CGC receipt" look cool, but after a double take they look washed out.

Is it safe to say that these books were hung on the wall or exposed to the sun long term? (NO, VHO, T5, MH etc)  Just a poster on the wall?   Should I stay away from these?  The grade will always be there, but the color seems to fade?  Thanks.

I assume you're talking about the labels? Last gen labels are definitely more washed out than current gen. I don't believe it's a light exposure fading issue since all the labels of that era seem to be this way.
