this one might be the capper-we see parker using 2 threads to manipulate and somehow inflate and motify (is that a word) his empty costume into seeming like a fully fleshed muscular human is in it, struggling.  Also the fact that now he has to sew a new costume and considering they spent 40,000 on the suit in the spider man movie I give these panels a resounding NOPE.
At least when DC did the empty flash costume story he filled it with 'energized air'.  Dumb, but at least they addressed the isuue.  Marvel did not.

He's getting about 50 points of articulation out of his puppet by using 2 strands of webbing.  :frustrated:

Has anyone noticed that he is not even holding the 2 string strands of webbing? :insane:

Lol ya

And as an artist, a seriousish question, is there a point to not closing the line around PARKER'S finger tips? That and the facial expression where the nose line seems to go across his upper cheek makes it seem a bit like a melted candle to me lol

the not closing line is to indicate fingernails which cant be drawn well from below at that size.  as for the melting face, well... it's been known to happen- mail.gif

Action Comics 509.  Imagine what Earth scientists could do with simulated gravity.  (In fact, the entire premise of the story was ridiculous.  Aliens crash landed 50 years earlier and disguised themselves perfectly as humans.  But they grew so lonely that they erased all memories they had that they were, in fact, aliens, and then dedicated their lives to proving that space travel was a fake.  then their subconsciouses banded together to form a psionic ghost creature that started interfering with human space exploration, which is where Superman gets involved.)

Ps Stupidman could you pls share your gravity mechanism with the world it would revolutionize air travel for one thing instead of using it merely to pull a prank on some aliens.
