The outright condescension of calling a very short ‘monster’ ‘Big Frankie’. That the only reason he’s ‘friendly’ is that he’s been chained up, held captive, and has developed a Stockholm Syndrome dependency on his captor. Also, his expression suggests either sadness or additional heavy sedation.
