There's a dark edge upper FC and BC about an eighth wide, must have been exposed to the air in a stack for a long time, about an inch or so has chipped of upper LH FC, so I'm guessing the rest is probably brittle. Balance of book is supple and nice. Here's the oddest bit: Manufactured without staples. Everything is just nested together. Otherwise tight spine and CF, still pretty glossy, off-white pages, Small corner off upper RH FC, general wear with large dogear lower RH FC, tiny tear LH edge BC. Piece out of FC at upper staple, I found it tucked inside the FC, it's packed inside the plastic bag. Split upper spine with piece out, old tape stains on old tears RH edge and lower edge FC. Dust shadow upper edge BC, chips out upper edge FC. Here's the worst of it: First eighteen leaves have a tear right behind that RH edge tear FC, and at one time or another they ALL had a piece of old tape, which has fallen off somewhere along the way. Into the art on all eighteen leaves. Old tape stains on all. Sigh... Did everybody get all that? Better go read it all again, Asking $35 SOLD! Nellie the Nurse 12 Well, we continue with LL's bottom feeder books, this one is missing a centerfold. Bet you wish he'd got a copy with a bonus staple NOW, don't you? Both Nellie stories either side are complete, and there's a Dangling Chad on the upper staple that shows enough of the pages that it's missing a text story, and at most one or two single page stories or ads. Soiling, general wear, tears along spine BC at staples and elsewhere. What's left is tight with white pages, but several small tears interior. Flying Cadet 17 (V2 #7 in indicia) This is taller than a normal comic, looms over a GA board by about a quarter inch. Spine is taped along the interior, Old tape lower LH corner FC, wraps around to the back. 1" tear lower edge FC Tight and flat enough, with plenty of general wear. Interior is combination of comics and flight articles with b&w pictures. Off-white - white pages. And don't forget our bare busted cutie in the harem pants!
