We've had a lot of singing Cicadas this year and I saw my first one...same day I found this giant green larvae that turns out is called a tomato bug?

Any pics?

The green tomato larvae is a popular food with reptiles... supposedly very nutritious. If left alone, they create a cocoon and turn into a very large moth, a little larger than a deck of cards. GOD BLESS....

We found this one near some old rail track and let it live its life.Freaked us out -should have seen the dog haha lol !

I guess the lacer babe are grown mostly now?(sorry if I misspelled )

They both had metabolic bone disease and surprisingly lived almost 7 years. They never achieved the full size of a healthy specimen. The female actually laid eggs a few times, but they were small and infertile. GOD BLESS...

Hey gang of fine friend-os and curiosity seekers wondering who the heck this Jammers folker is--

I was just starting to feel like getting back into the swing of things and a friend-who had had a hard life but cleaned up,she was even working hands on outreach...well another victim of fentanyl.Just makes me want to go out and get all Charles Bronson Death Wish on the pushers on the corner.

I hope she's at peace but my heads back in the tin pail, getting rung.
