I need to check my death nn to see if it's the platinum lol

It looked minty :)

If it is the Platinum it would probably be worth it. Most know that the Platinum #75 was supposedly only printed in 10,000 all numbered, but what most do not realize they only printed 4,500 of the Platinum Trade. Here are two letters documenting this with one from DC the other from Diamond.  20210303_194854.jpg.d4e22d94e83cfae98f92118b3fbba1d8.jpg20210303_194826.jpg.ffca5cf0698b454b843f5fc078ca64c5.jpg

@onlyweaknesskryptoniteis the Newsstand a thimg?

That is a tricky one. Currently people are searching for newsstand,  so I know over a direct edition it will likely go for more, but currently none of the TPB go for really decent money unless you pull a 9.9 or the first to pull a 10.  Even then the last regular 9.9 sold in April 2010 for $353... Although sure it would sell for more now that a 9.9 platinum sold in Jan 2021 for $1,500.20210303_200706.jpg.a66133a2abc39102b98bf56c05094d01.jpg

Maybe not the earliest graphic novel, but the earliest collected editions I'm aware of:

I have the old testament version and didn't even think of posting it here. I think these are so cool. These were some thick comics for back then. This also reminds me of another collection that I should post.

My oldest graphic novel (and I mean true graphic novel, not strip reprints or woodcuts or wordless novel) dates to 1931.  But, these books from when I was a kid are what you want to see:

I have both of these as well.  My uncle had the Superman book when I was a kid, I used to love reading it whenever I went over to visit.  I was endlessly fascinated by the old comic stories.  After he passed about a decade ago, my aunt gave me the book to remember him by since she knew how much I loved it.  It's not my #1 "If you can only keep one comic" item, but it may be #2 and it's definitely in my top 5.  I've also got the Superman from the 30's to the 80's book somewhere, if I come across it I'll get a photo of it.

An early 70's collection, treasury size.  Just a spectacular way to read some great old EC's:

I concur.  I have a copy as well. A great selection of stories from across all of EC's genres.  A brilliant book.
