Miller Daredevils outside the Daredevil series 1 1

I apologize if this is the wrong forum to post this in.

I'm looking for issues featuring Daredevil that were worked on by Frank Miller outside the main DD run.  So far I've found Spectacular Spider-Man 27 and 28, Man Without Fear miniseries, and FF Roast #1.  Does anyone know any more?  Thanks.

Miller drew the Daredevil (and Bullseye, etc.) portraits for the original Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe.

I think DD is in issue #3.

He did a cover for the Marvel Indexes back in the early 80s.

Miller did the story and layouts and David Mazzucchelli did the art in the 'Born Again' story arc in Daredevil #227–231 and it's a great read.

I loved that cover so much I redrew it as a teenager.

Miller still makes my heart melt.

Slightly off topic, but he added new framing sequences to the Elektra Saga, which reprints Elektra’s appearances in Miller’s DD run.

he also did Elektra again in a unique story in Bizarre Adventures #28, and in Elektra Lives.
