0 out of 80 cards got a 9.5 pack fresh. 44 weren't given subgrades that I paid for 0

I love cgc and I support them and even drive to drop off and pickup as I am an hour from them. With all that said I am extremely upset and angry that after months I receive my bulk order but over half don't have their subgrades and even then none have a 9.5 so I can't even see what stopped me from getting one on 44 cards out of the 80.... I understand mistakes happen but through the whole process nobody noticed the order called for subgrades. It makes me question the authenticity of the grades I received

I don't do cards but isn't there a charge for subgrades and do they owe you money or a fix?

I have to ship them back and wait even longer is the issue. it makes me question the authenticity of the grades I received though even for the ones lacking subgrades. The subgrades alone were $200 though yes

I think the population report, when it finally is publicly available, will be very insightful as to how few 9.5's and 10's are out there, especially for vintage. I was super hopeful to get at least one 9.5 grade on my bulk sub that came back this week, but it didn't happen. A good amount of 9's tho, so it is what it is.

9.5’s for English vintage (WOTC + Early EX era) are literally almost impossible to get. I’m treating mine like Black Labels lol.

a lot were modern like evolutions, hf, etc. my previous subs had over 10 9.5's

agreed, my previous subs express standard and bulk had some 9.5s though so idk

I did manage to get one on a Base 2 Zard so I guess it's possible. Almost tempted to either hold until pop report is available or crack and sub elsewhere as there aren't any sold prices on one.

When did you mail your package in relation to these dates or was this a drop-off submission like you mentioned above?

I wouldn't relate the two. CGC made a mistake by not giving you subgrades, but that's a mistake not done by the grader. So it's entirely independent from the grades you did receive. Pack fresh doesn't guarantee 9.5. You can post some picks of the cards so that people can attest if they agree with what CGC graded them as.
