I called them about it for my sub as well and was told that mine was in shipping. Not sure how this is acceptable to the internal teams because all it does is make customers call in and question. #DoBetter

i heard their grading has slipped.  meaning books with high grades have been coming back with lower grades and it's happening more than usual. I'm afraid to call and ask about my books because I don't want to rush them into messing up my books.

I got the grading report on my cards and they were severely lower than I expected. Wouldn't put it past them.

When was the submission received? Have they took payment? Best way to get any real info is to call them.
