The last time I submitted books to CGC was, like, 9 years ago - and I just used the online form: wow. Very cool. I had books ready to submit and packed up in 10 minutes. I thought it was very user-friendly to someone who is not a regular submitter. Printed out a copy to send in, and my customer copy. Very straight forward for me.
