A notice, warning or violation may be issued to a user if he/she violates the rules with any of the following behaviors:

 15.   Particularly excessive off-topic posting.

16.   Spamming the Boards with repeated or similar posts.

So you become a Mod and just start bullying everyone. REAL NICE, real nice Mike.

Pretty sure he's talking about this thread, not the Library.  Mike's allowed quite a number of normally-unacceptable personal attacks in this thread.

The best part is Kav and his buddies are now confined to one thread and more importantly- they think they won.  They get to play in their shiny new playpen and the rest of us only have to ignore one thread. A win for all.
