I have trusted Nick for years with picking out covers that are 9.8 quality, he has a great eye. This particular book was hand carried to the show and to CGC by @Par2ch and pictures were taken of the book before being dropped off at CGC. So when it came back a 9.4 all parties were a little stunned. CGC was contacted and the before pictures were provided. The book was sent back for review by the head grader and it received a 9.6. I was told that the head grader said that pressing would not help. The book was slabbed and shipped back to me. Gtk as there are sentiments that cgc is hard on handing out the nm/m 9.8 at the moment, or that is the rumor.
