Submission over 8 months has fallen off Status Page 0

   I have a submission that is taking over 8 months, so it has fallen off the submissions status page due to the 8 month time frame.  Can you increase the 8 month time frame, so I can see the status?  Thanks!

Thank you for your message.  Yes, that is something that is in the works to adjust that time frame indefinitely.  However, until that programming update is completed, you can contact our customer service department for any updates on your orders.  You can reach us at 877-662-6642 or by email at submissions@cgccomics.com.

Now, I admit, I'm no programmer, but it kinda seems like 8 months is enough time to fix this.

So this just happened to me.  I am a programmer and the only way this kind of change takes more than a couple of days is if they hired a team to build the website and then walked away with no one to maintain it.  Seriously this is such a cop out blaming technology.  Even if they don't think they have the storage capability, adding storage is super cheap and the code change would be minimal, you just have to have at least one guy to do it.

Hi - That is good to read!

Will the "download submissions" option be updated as well?  Currently it remains at 8 months.
