It could be that, or one of #52-57, but it was certainly Wings Comics. I can't find any cover credits at all prior to issue #58, though. Thanks!

I know he did the interiors, but I'm pretty sure he didn't do the cover on that issue. I think he didn't do his first cover until #53.
