Journey into Mystery #111 (1964) With Thor!    The scans do a good job of picking up the defects. What I think you can't see, Off-White pages, some light creasing or bends on the front cover, bottom right, a 2/16" tear back cover, bottom middle and what I think are printer's creases? Found on the back cover, upper left in the pic of the guy hypnotizing the woman on the couch.
