AC252 3.0 5k sale on HA. Huh?! 0

I can't make any sense of this price.  Last gpa was $1,750 in grade in June.  You can find higher grade better copies on Ebay right now for considerably less.  What gives on this?

Very strange.  You can get a 6.0 on ebay right now for about that price.

I think there’s 5.0 on the boards right now for $4000. (Can’t recall whose thread for certain but I saw it.)

I can't imagine paying that price UNLESS the book has easily pressable defects and the buyer figured it will grade much higher post-press.  Highest price I've seen for a 3.0 was one I sold on the boards for $2500, and that had bright colors and white pages.
