I don't know how many followers this guy has.  I'd imagine not many, as while I didn't dislike the guy, I found him a bit scattered and he really had nothing interesting or insightful to add.  We have websites pushing this book, we have influencers buying and pushing this book, and then we have guys like this adding to the discussion.  They all seek attention and followers and they all are getting it in spades.

I don't think CBSI is in cahoots on this.  They trash the book in the 1st review and take a more neutral position in the 2nd.

You know what?  You're right.  I was too focused on the fact that it made the list in the first place before it dropped.  Why and how did that happen?  Kudos to them for calling an ugly book what it is.
