Received damaged cases

Hello,

I got my 2 submissions back few days ago (submissions #4177676 and #4177677), I am pretty happy with the grades and very surprised how my cards went back, however after a close inspection it seems like that 14 of my cards (over 55) are encapsulated inside what I consider as damaged cases. Indeed, these 14 cards exhibit "blurry" areas when the light comes from a given direction, and even one exhibits a clear impact on one edge. Nothing is on the cards, the cards are not damaged, it's only on the cases.

In attachment you will find all the pictures I took to show what I am talking about (sometimes there are 2 pictures for one card).

Do you know what causes that ? Is there any support for such issue and what can CGC offers ?
