Hopefully he updates this thread as one of the books I’ve already paid for (I bought two in this thread, paid for both) had been claimed by someone else after I already paid.  I’m sure it won’t be a big deal, just saying.

I'm still here! Working on boxing everyone's shipments up right now and will be cleaning the thread up shortly!
