The "mail lag" can vary depending on how many submissions we've received in a given week. Based on what I've recently seen, we're about 5-7 business days behind currently in getting our mail into the system. Please be rest assured that we are doing our absolute best to enter all the submissions we receive into the system as quickly as possible. Please kindly email us if you don't see your submission in the system after 7 business days (and include the tracking number if possible). This includes being sorted, opened, and each book is verified by our receiving team before it actually gets entered into the system. This can take some time to complete and we appreciate your patience. You may check to see if the package has been delivered to our warehouse system by using the online Confirm Package Delivery search bar at the bottom of the main screen.
