Those are sports card grading standards. Not sure why they have chosen to apply them to comics...

Living dangerously in this thread.  CGC has policies against showing slabs from competing companies, or discussing their operations. I know they are small, but....

Honestly, I can see why someone might want to do their own grading thing, but this type of bunnybrained grading system is annoying. Adding to the already crowded field of inconsistency in the world classifies you as a 100% Numb Nut. Do your packaging and keep the grading scale to what everyone else uses. Thinking you're going to "turn the grading world on it's head and be a GAMECHANGER!" is commentary that people use on 4am infomercials and doesn't add to the quality of anything at all.

I may be wrong, but I strongly doubt that CGC has much to worry about here.
