If that is light scratch on the slab, I have had good luck on mine with PlastX. Takes some effort/force but usually reduces or removes the scratch. I don't use the sandpaper  :)

Was “Still Only” only on 35 cent comics or on all price ranges just prior to price increase?

There were at least a couple “Still 15” cent books too. I can’t think of any “Still Only 15” cent books, although there might be some.

Actually, it looks like most titles had one single issue with the “Still 15” cent pricing. The issues seem to be directly before Marvel issued the 25 cent larger issues for most of its titles. Conan had the larger 25 cent issue but did not have a “Still 15” cent issue. I believe it was bi-monthly at the time. That could be the reason for that, but I’m not 100% sure if that is true. Kid Colt Outlaw also had a 25 cent issue but not a “Still 15” issue.

Our Love Story had neither a “Still 15” issue nor a 25 cent larger issue. Oddly enough, My Love had both.

Monsters On The Prowl went with back to back 25 cent issues. I’m guessing the other Horror and Western titles also might be outliers too.

Oops. Look like FL already mentioned some of this about the “Still 15” issues.

Glad to say this was corrected in April;

Here is a message from Brad Bradley.  I will ask the team about other changes when I have a little more time.

For books where there are no creator credits within the book (in the case of BLACK PANTHER #14, there is no cover credit given, nor is the cover art signed by anyone) we often use the Grand Comics Database (comics.org) for information. We especially used it heavily when we first opened 23 years ago and almost every book was being entered for the first time.

 At that time, the GCD listed the cover artist as Jerry Bingham, and so we followed suit.  As some time since then, they have updated that credit, but of course they don't notify us when they do.

 I have now changed our label so that it reflects the current info from the GCD.

Comic obtained from a member here who reached out to me. The member wishes to remain anonymous but if he's reading this, I offer my eternal gratitude!  The cover is my holiest collectible grail and I feel blessed to have found it a dozen years back.
