There are several books like that, that seemed destined for Still Only 35c, but reverted to 40c pricing (or 12p UK price) within the usual Still Only 35c starburst.

Kept the 'starburst' but not the price.  Either April or May cover date was the month of the price change, depending on the title, and probably the week of the month the particular title was issued:
