Pulp Time!

Fantastic Adventures V1 #2, July 1939. Bedsheet size.
Edgar Rice Burroughs, Nelson S Bond, etc

Well, the cover says "Novel" but the Burroughs story is 24 pages long,  
Title is The Scientists Revolt. set late in the 22nd Century. 

Flat and square, cover has some gloss, spine strip is decent with a couple chips off lower end, interior is tight with cream - offwhite pages. 
Looks pretty nice over all, but there's a light water stain, FC and BC, along a good piece of the spine,

Here's the last book of the thread. 

Wow Comics nn (#1), winter 1940. And it's a beauty, even with a purple label.

CGC 8.5, moderate professional restoration. Cream - offwhite pages. First appearance of Mr. Scarlet.
And a bondage cover to boot!  Notes list the following resto: color touch, pieces added, spine splits sealed, cleaned, reinforced.
And it turned out beautiful, a gorgeous book in hand.  Simon and Kirby, C C Beck cover. 

I'm asking $2000 for this one, FIRM.
