Currently, this issue only has 7 Universal copies, 9 in total graded.

This one comes in at exactly 10 Universal, with my little incomplete Cosmic Aeroplane copy supporting the bottom end. Cover looks bright and decent though.

War Comics #2 (6 on census) and #4 (9 on census).  These are closer to the $500 minimum for a 5.0, but based on what I've tracked (including what I paid for mine), I think these are well on the north side of that threshold.

This is my only contribution to this thread. The rarest issue in the Haunted Thrills series at 9 unrestored on the census. All other issues range around 20-30+ graded. Not sure why this issue is rarer than the others, but just is. Mine is single second highest with 2 8.0’s higher. Would definitely take quite a bit more than $500 to get this off my hands. The single 5.0 which was second highest until mine was graded sold for $1100 back in 2019.

This book (and the next one) might wobble a bit on the criteria of $500 for a 5.0, but each of them cost me well north of that figure, so it's either see them or don't and I figure folks would rather see them. If I'm wrong, look away ... just look away ...   5 total graded copies.
